I ordered online and an item was missing from my order. I called and the manager stated that they were unable to refund me. What ordering system doesn’t allow a refund?
The food was also not as good as prior visits. My spring rolls had an odd oil based dipping sauce instead of the typical peanut sauce.
All in all, a disappointing dinner. I’m more likely to order from the other Pho restaurant on Orange Ave now.
